I remember

I still remember the day we met,
I was too shy to talk at all.
I still remember what you'd said,
Then how we talked till nightfall.

I still remember the times you spent with me,
Making sure I was at ease.
I still remember the faces you made,
It was like I had a laughing disease.

I remember when you'd called at two,
Saying how much you missed me,
I remember when you'd lied at home,
Just so that you could meet me.

I also remember the day i realized,
That soon you'd be gone forever.
I remember crying for hours before you,
How you held me close to soothe the fear.

I'll always remember the day I stopped seeing you,
Its so clear I can live it all again.
I remember visiting your house that day,
The place was never the same again.

Its been a long time since that day,
And people tell me to move on,
But how can I, when you live within me,
Though they say you are no more.

I still remember and will always do,
What you meant to me,
No matter how many years pass by,
In my heart you'll always be.

My Wish

My Wish

Seeing those eyes makes me wonder,
How with every second i grow fonder,
Of this soul still shielded from me,
Into whose heart i wish i could see.

His smile is one that could steal your heart away.
i wish he too felt about me in this way.
But far away from me he lies,
Yet every time i see him my heart flies.

A little joke, a smile is all we share.
Just why can't life be a bit more fair?
I wish he would let me in his mind,
Though in my heart, he is all he would find.

I do not wish him to be only mine,
A stronger friendship is for what I pine.
With everything else, I wish I had him in my life too,
How I wish this dream of mine would come true.

I'm Peace

Is it only me or really it is true,
That my being has no more meaning to you?
Why is it that no one remembers me,
That I'm now just like a useless dead tree?

I'm not blind and I can tell,
What you can do all day is only yell.
Frustrated with everything around you,
Angry at how little you can do.

Still arrogance has a stronger hold,
Without me, you think you can bear the cold.
But thats not how you and I are made,
If I'm not there you know you will fade.

If you call me though, I'll be there,
Without complain, for you I'll care.
For my mercy is as large as the seas.
So you are Human and I'm Peace.
